Once you submit it, here’s what happens:
You’ll get access to our training platform/community called Circle
You’ll complete the Crash Course (less than 1 hour)
Within about 24 hours, a team member will reach out for a quick welcome intro call
After the Crash Course, we’ll send you a Getting to Know You survey
We’ll collect onboarding details (banking/routing, 1099 contract, offer letter)
Then you’ll book your 1-on-1 Activation Call with your guide (a Talent Activation Partner)

SolarLink helps to train applicants to find success in the Solar Industry. By opting into our SMS program, you can expect messages related to interview reminders, training updates, job opportunities, program announcements, and important notifications designed to support your career journey in solar.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
